Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join University College Birmingham’s Marketing team as a CRM and Marketing Officer.

You will be joining a creative and supportive team with big ambitions. Under the direction of the Deputy Director - Marketing, the CRM and Marketing Officer will create and deliver CRM marketing and conversion campaigns to college, sixth form, undergraduate and postgraduate prospective students ensuring all communication is GDPR compliant.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working with CRM systems and can work cross-departmentally to achieve work goals.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the CRM through data management, segmentation, event booking and enquiry management.

Our first cohort of further education students were welcomed into our Sustainable Construction Skills Centre last autumn and this September, we will open our brand-new Sixth Form Centre and launch several new higher education courses that meet the needs of students and industry.
