Job Description:  

Applications are invited for the Post of Project Assistants(PA) for the DRDO (CARS) Funded Project at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), (CFEES/QRS& IT/P/CARS/019/23-24), Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore.

Title of the Project:

“Studies on microbial community dynamics during pilot/field    scale bioremediation of explosives”.

Qualification:

M.Sc./M.Tech or equivalent in Biotechnology and Applied Microbiology

Desirable (if any):

Candidates having knowledge in Environmental Biotechnology, Bioremediation and Metagenomics

Stipend:

Rs. 31,000/ + HRA - per month (two years) with NET/GATE. For candidates without NET/GATE, stipend will be as per Institute norms.
