As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing department.

You will work with key stakeholders to plan and oversee the execution of a marketing strategy that will help raise awareness and growth of our THE Rankings. With a focus on email marketing, social media and content marketing through webinars.

You will set clear campaign goals and targets and provide regular reporting to ensure you are working effectively towards the goals and your personal development.

Job Objectives:

  • Support the delivery of all Rankings communications
  • Optimise and review best practise to deliver Ranking communications
  • Report on email performance and produce email report

Responsibilities Include:

  • You will support the planning and delivery of all Rankings communications, owning the full end-to-end communications cycle which will consist of building, testing, deployment and reporting.
  • You will review the email performance and identify opportunities to enhance the templates to maximise engagement, improve customer experience and advocacy.
  • Be an email expert, become the go-to person and proactively familiarise yourself with new features and functionality.
  • Build audiences and segments, manage data first hand and be responsible for data quality and checks.
  • Create and plan a visual strategy to be delivered on social media to drive THE Rankings participation.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to set up specific webinars.
  • Work within the Data and Marketing teams to collaborate and delivery against an email schedule calendar.
  • Comply with data handling policies and be competent in your understanding of GDPR requirements, collaborating with the DPO as required.
  • Maintain a healthy contact list, by establishing a regular data cleansing process.
  • Report on email performance and produce email reports which will go to key stakeholders.

  • Previous marketing experience in a similar role or HTML knowledge
  • A creative mind and approach to email marketing
  • A passion for marketing and forging relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Knowledge of marketing tools such as Acoustic
  • You will be reliable and meticulously organised team player, who can demonstrate excellent campaign management skills.
